Scottsdale Public Art

Marshall Way Public Comment Period 2

Do you want to help create a vibrant and unique segment of downtown Scottsdale? Do you frequent the strip of galleries and businesses along Marshall Way between Indian School and 5th Avenue? Do you attend the Thursday night ArtWalk?

This is your chance to share your ideas on a public art project that is intended to help shape the future of Marshall Way, develop an authentic sense of place for downtown Scottsdale, and draw local residents and visitors to enjoy the amenities in this key area of Scottsdale.

Three artist finalists have submitted proposals for the Marshall Way Enhancement Project. We are inviting the public to give comments on each proposal before the selection panel recommends one of the proposals to go forward to the Scottsdale Public Art Advisory Board for approval.

This is the second of two opportunities to give your input. The first opportunity is on Thursday, 10/9/14, from 5:00p to 9:00p.  At both events you’ll have the opportunity to view PowerPoint presentations and read printed material from the proposals. If you aren't able to make it to either of the comment periods, please email Christy Brown at and we will set up the materials for you to give us your input via email!
