Description Completed: 1998 In 1997 the City of Scottsdale sent out a request for proposals for artist involvement in the redevelopment of the Los Arcos area. Linda Haworth was chosen as a consultant to the project team to explore and design the character of the Los Arcos redevelopment area. Haworth, who resides in Tucson, has prior experience as a Public Art Planning Consultant in addition to her full time work as a ceramic artist.
