Cultivating a symbiotic relationship between local artists and the community, IN FLUX, Scottsdale’s storefront art initiative supports and creates connections between local artists, merchants, and property owners. The first year (October 2010-August 2011) of this pilot program for the Valley recharged downtown Scottsdale with the work of six artists featured at Marshall Way & 5th Avenue.
